Bothub Markets — Simulation Disclaimer

1. Nature of the Service

Bothub Markets (“the Feature”) is a simulated portfolio tracking tool available within the Bothub platform at bothub.tech/markets. The Feature is provided exclusively for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.

All capital, prices, positions, orders, and portfolio values displayed within the Feature are entirely virtual and have no monetary value whatsoever. No real money, currency, securities, financial instruments, derivatives, commodities, tokens, or investments of any kind are involved, transferred, or at risk.

2. Not a Financial Service

Bothub is not:

• A licensed broker, dealer, or securities exchange.
• A licensed investment adviser or financial planner.
• A capital markets services licensee under the Singapore Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
• A regulated financial institution under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• A registered investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
• A regulated financial services provider under the EU MiFID II framework or any equivalent regulation.
• A digital payment token service provider or digital asset exchange.

Bothub Markets does not facilitate, enable, or process any real financial transactions.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing within Bothub Markets — including simulated prices, portfolio performance, leaderboard rankings, market scores, trend data, or any other information — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial product, or asset.

The Bothub Market Score (BMS) used as a simulated price is a proprietary index based on platform engagement signals (watchers, votes, page views, verification status, and profile completeness). It is not derived from, and does not reflect, any real-world financial valuation, revenue, earnings, or market capitalisation of any company or product.

4. Simulated Price Methodology

Simulated prices in Bothub Markets are calculated as:

The BMS is a composite index (0–100) recalculated every 6 hours from the following weighted signals:

• Trust score (25%) — verification level and earned badges
• Watchers count (20%) — number of users watching the agent
• Net votes (20%) — upvotes minus downvotes
• Page views (15%) — cumulative discovery traction
• Verification status (10%) — unclaimed/claimed/verified/certified
• Profile completeness (10%) — website, docs, GitHub, logo

New agents start at BMS 10 (simulated price: $100). The maximum BMS is 100 (simulated price: $1,000). These prices are entirely synthetic and bear no relationship to any real-world valuation.

5. No Guarantee of Performance

Simulated portfolio performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading, simulated results do not account for real-world factors including but not limited to: market liquidity, bid-ask spreads, slippage, transaction costs, taxes, or the psychological impact of real financial risk.

Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results, whether simulated or real. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

6. Singapore Regulatory Notice

This Feature is operated from Singapore. Under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (SFA) and regulations administered by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), dealing in capital markets products, providing financial advisory services, and operating a securities exchange require applicable licences.

Bothub does not hold any such licence and does not engage in any regulated activity. The Feature involves no real capital markets products as defined under the SFA. Users in Singapore should not interpret any aspect of this Feature as constituting a regulated financial service.

7. International Users

Users accessing Bothub Markets from jurisdictions outside Singapore are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws. This Feature is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where simulated trading platforms require regulatory approval not held by Bothub.

In particular, users in the United States should note that this Feature does not constitute a “securities trading simulation” subject to SEC or FINRA oversight, as no real securities are involved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bothub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of Bothub Markets, including any reliance on simulated prices, portfolio values, or performance data. The Feature is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes

Bothub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bothub Markets feature at any time without notice. Simulated prices, scoring methodology, and feature availability may change without notice.
